FADU's Student-Athlete House has opened its doors for a museum, where many of FADU's highlights are on display. The international participations and respective achievements, the organization of national competitions, the evolution of the national trophies awarded by FADU since 1990, the main moments in the institutional history and the distinctions received can now be revisited in this space.
In the museum there is also a multifunctional space with the appearance of a locker room where student-athletes and officials with outstanding international sporting results are honored.
About the Project.
The image was built using FADU's colors, the same typography and visual aids. Only the logo was part of a larger exploration, where we wanted to represent the trajectory between the beginning and the present, that trajectory being the museum itself.
The museum tells the story from the foundation to the current achievements, highlighted in the center of the room. In each of the areas, be it institutional, national, international or the auditorium, different forms of display have been made. It's a small space, but packed with information and design.
Interior Design.
We opted heavily for movable metal plates and lights to build an adaptable and dynamic museum. The information on the plaques came from a long search for photos and information (a big hug to Marco for his help) and the final product shows that nothing was missing.
In the museum there is also a multifunctional space with the appearance of a locker room where sports agents with outstanding international sporting results are honored and one of the most curious ideas was what we call the "little brick". On one wall we defined the division between gold, silver and bronze by means of color and each athlete who won a medal representing FADU has a small rectangularblock, with all off the information about the achievement.

The amount of information we had to put into each World University Games cycle had to be carefully thought out to fit into a small space. It also had to look good.
At the same time, every little brick and piece of information in the booths makes the museum's visual connection. All the medals and achievements are communicated in similar ways so that the museum has a well-defined identity.
